If you've been feeling disconnected, lost, lonely, or spiritually "off," or perhaps you've been busy busy doing too many things at once, or maybe you've been stressing about a certain event, or feeling really down and negative, then I want to share 3 practical ways that you can bring yourself back home and reconnect with who you truly are!

Why do you wanna be connected to who you truly are?
Because that is when you're operating from your highest vibration, and that is when you feel the best! And everyone loves that!

Here is a quick recap of the 3 ways you can reconnect with yourself when you’re feeling lost:

  1. Go out into nature or look at the night sky - the moment you step into nature, which is natural and organic, it immediately reconnects you back to yourself. Nature is peaceful and pure, which is your true essence, and because there is no ego in nature, it’s really easy to be still and present. Stargazing is another very powerful way to reconnect…just simply look at the night sky and get lost in the vastness.

  2. Read excerpts from spiritual books - grab a spiritual text or book, something that has deep spiritual wisdom in it, and start reading it. This will remind you of who you truly are.

  3. Meditate - this is one of the easiest ways to reconnect with yourself because you can do it anywhere and anytime that you feel disconnected. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and relax into your being.
